Vamperfs are a sub-type of Perfpals that come creeping out every October to feed on Perfpal magic! They have a scent vial instead of a tag, meaning they don't have their own scent and need to take it from someone else. A Vamperf will take on the scent of the Perfpal it last fed on, mwa ha ha! After taking on a scent, it will pose as a normal Perfpal until the scent runs out, at which point they will need to feast again...

Every October, every user can make a Vamperf form for an existing Perfpal! These are submitted as new images on the Perfpal's original masterlist entry under the Vamperf subtype. Vamperfs cannot be made any other time of the year.

Vamperfs are unique in that they don't have a scent of their own. However, they are a sub-type of Perfpals and when submitting your Perfpal's Vamperf form please keep their scent the same.
