Lian

The AIR sovereign 

Former member of Meiying's Holy Army. One of the eight sovereigns who watch over the world.

Lian watches over the Heavens! They live in Tiāntáng specifically, taking good care of Meiying's cathedral.
"It's only natural that a perfect angel like me stays in the Heavens" [When choosing where to guard]

Lian bears the closest resemblance to Meiying. They are extremely tall (20ft tall) and seemingly genderless. Lian is extremely lazy and spends more time sleeping than watching over the Angelic realm. They have great trust in Angelic Perfpals, so they do not see a need to monitor them at all times. The longest nap they've ever taken lasted up to 10 years! The only one who could wake them up was Mother herself. Lian loves the people of Athelney so much, that they seldom leave. Smelling strongly like Lavender and Eucalyptus, Lian has a very calming presence. Anyone who dares to defy the law is immediately overpowered by sleepiness. Some Angelic Perfpals joke that at the end of time there will be the legend of Louai, and the sleeping Lian.

Like the rest of the holy army, Lian has a unique trait no other Perfpal possesses: their wind chime tail! 
They can manipulate the wind however they'd like. Now, that Lian is in a Perfpal form and not an Ancient Perfpal form, they are less powerful. 
They will choose their sleepy aroma before they use their wind powers.
