The Perfpal's tail is made of balloons! These can either be normal balloons floating on a string attached to the perfpal, or a shaped balloon/balloon animal attached directly to it

The Perfpal's stuffing is replaced with candies and sweets

Perfpal has a ticket dispenser somewhere on its body, this can be anywhere

The Perfpal's eyes and hooves are made of porcelain, these can be painted in any way

The Perfpal has wings like a butterfly or other insect

Flowers grow anywhere on the Perfpal's body

The Perfpal has butterfly style wings

The Perfpal's paws or patch are transparent and see through, showing the stuffing underneath

The Perfpal's stuffing glows, this can be applied to any stuffing added by other threads/ribbons as well
